Mirage Requirement Gathering for the Project Planning _ Resource Management Implementation-20260731_104125UTC-Meeting Recording July 31, 2026, 10:41AM 1h 54m 16s Rohit Bhattad 0:24Oh, oh.Oh, hi, uh, you can, can you hear me, guys? Deepak Akuthota 2:36Yes, Rene. Rohit Bhattad 2:41OK, so Annapurni and team, we had gone through the documents which were shared, got a high level idea of what Deltech does. It's like in complete ERP and where you can manage your projects, resources, even the finance, accounts, payroll, and the overall end to end reporting needs in part of HR also you can.Leave us, join us. Deltech has a lot of other things in current. It's part of project management. It is having your work breakdown structure, like different, and as part of project also, you can break it down into stages and then every stage can have its own tasks, etc. So, based on our last meeting, I understand we don't want to do all this, right? So...Which, you were on the work, they don't should plan that you want to plan, so what do we not want to do?Like managing the employee, employee related ones, the creation of the project with the tasks and the state, the disciplines, those we don't want. It's like what we were saying is project is done, created, and then the shell of it is created in Fusion. So let's start with the work. Of course, the not of the data is somewhere else. Employee the centralized data is somewhere else. Let's put it that way. Question, what breakdown structure you said is created in Oracle? Yes. As we are forming, right? Yeah. What is not my the question I have now is the program itself. That's the next. You have the work breakdown structure, then you assign durations. Yes. Right, logically. Yes. So the work breakdown structure itself is created somewhere else, which is good because then that controls that nobody here can then add.Can meddle with the work breakdown structure? Yes, correct. That's that automatically helps, so that's so I wanted to have a key of how the work breakdown structure looks, and I'm assuming it has stages and then tasks assigned to it, and then we just assigned resources to it and then added resources, so maybe we can start from there.or today or the team has an overall idea of what Delta Vantage does now. So what features do you want to bring it from Delta Vantage to our system, which is the custom system? We can discuss that. We can discuss different data points, what we'll have, right, as part of what we will sync from Fusion to our system.Which is the Projects, the employees, like the resources, subcontractors. Now, what I understand is that different kinds of projects also, which is billable, non-billable, right? So, whether there is whether there's a difference in the breakdown structure as part of billable, non-billable, if we can discuss that, and how is how is the actual?planning happening in Deltech. If we can discuss that, I guess it will be a good starting point. Okay, sure. Makes sense, Gautham. Yeah.Okay, then if you can like the share share your screen, yeah, maybe we can start with the creation of project itself. Is it ready in the fusion or how, how, how will it happen? Fusion, it is not they're not accessing, so, so right now fusion it is.You can take it as a project that has already been created with the data, but we don't have that readily accessible with us right now, because that's still at the CRP stage where they haven't even given us the access. But if that is a requirement, I'll make a note. I'll get that fusion. Because I just wanted to understand a holistic picture of what is being.what is being captured as part of a project, right? And then from that is where we can start and the loop breakdown structure gets created. Now how is project divided into different stages and then how tasks are get assigned. So if we can start from there. Which point do you think 4 I apps have to be in this meeting?See, from what I had seen for the presentation, right, the current one where we are talking about this week and the next week is more in terms of business requirement, business regarding, right? So which primarily focuses on the way you want those screens to look, right? Look.Feel, and what is the logic that you wanted? Palliyali, what I was hoping is, once the business requirements are frozen, is when we start with the technical one, but I will not wait for that. I will initiate it from, you know, Monday itself that I'll have a walkthrough with. You know, that's all team, the 4I apps team, and also, if needed, I'll call Thalha. Actually, Thalha would be in a position to say that is after next week. I'll start it next week itself, so then at least they're aware, you know, because it takes for me, you know, getting his...MLD account setup because everything is now SSO enabled on there. So based on that, can we tailor today's conversation to just what the requirements then rather than understanding the architecture and all that? Yeah, I think what I will do is I will get you the walkthrough. I've just made a note.Walkthrough of what you know, so far that the implementation team has understood, to which point they the handshake has to, you know, commence, right? So, whatever we have been talking hypothetically, right? We're just talking, there's going to be a template, there's going to be employee data, there's going to be this, this.all these. So we'll create one project there, just for Brad Sohail team, and we will say, okay, this is the project that you are going to add, or we take a existing project and we rename it. So that would be your testing ground for everything, you know, whatever that you would need. And that I will initiate it on Monday itself. Well, the reason why I'm asking this, Gautham, is basically if we get an idea from a project level, what we're trying to do and different data points. We'll have so much clarity on the API endpoints also, like which data to be captured from where. That is the reason, but yeah, we can start from Del Tech. Once you, I'm sure even Del Tech, now you can create projects and then assign a work breakdown structure to it, right? So if possible in Del Tech, if you can start from there. That would be helpful.Maybe Fusion we can have next week. Yeah. Just, I'm just waiting just to give everyone, I've already submitted the request for the adapt Brabsol team to have a MLD account. So going forward, they can schedule the meetings which will be done on Teams, right? That, and I'll also, I've given access for the Deltek sandbox environment.Do you have that now? I have the access, yes. Same way, similarly, I'll also enter to give him my access into the Projects module for from the Fusion site. Fusion, we don't understand yet. So, how do you understand? Apart from that, the only thing that is that will be pending with me after these two is giving the Prasad Sol team one user ID access. For our support portal in Deltech, so in case they want to refer anything in Deltech, they can. Yeah, we agree with that, so that we will do. Yes, so what we covered today in terms of the agenda, Deltech screens, end to end, what they're doing now in terms of work breakdown structures and resource allocation and the planning part, at least, right? So, I do understand. So, so you tell us, so you understand, I wanna understand how much you understand about the process, right? What is your understanding of how planning works? Anybody from your team, right? Yeah, so I'll explain, yeah, so then, so accordingly, we'll you know, correct? So, now Mirage is a group.the architecture and the project development, right? So every project that you take, it's a construction project, can be divided into multiple phases, even the design for that matter. Now at a project level also, there are some, once you win the project, even before that, there are multiple phases involved. But what I'm assuming is this part of project planning will start only once you win the project.Yes, and you're kind of implementing, starting implementation. Yes, so as part of that, yes, and a little bit more, but we come to, yes, yes, firstly, yes, so does the scope of this project is once you've got the project and you're planning to start implementing it, right? So as part of project implementation, there are various stages that you can go through. It could be a procurement, design. And then the actual implementation, right? And every project manager is assigned to a project. Now, one project, every stages will have multiple subtasks. So, right before, even before starting, you do a planning thing as to what is the cost, right? Now, it is your in-house team, your Consultants, all that comes as part of your employee management.Every employee will have a rate playing to it. Now, then rate could have multiple factors or less. Now, as part of your planning, you will assign, you create a plan, assign a resource to it, just to understand what is the overall profitability and the project cost structure looks like, right? So, once that plan is placed, accordingly tasked.Create it, and then you assign the task to respective people, and then your project manager uses this to kind of do on a weekly basis, do the time sheets and all that. No, time sheets is, yeah, exactly, monitor the task. So, first step, the very, very first step you see is creating that bar chart, right? OK, which is quite rudimentary. Yeah, yeah, you got got it right, and I think...Yeah, on the same page, so it's fine. It's good to start here. So, the very first task there is drawing those bar charts. Okay, that's why I'm just trying to be very specific about that, because that's something that will not be done in Fusion. Okay, yes, Gautham. Yes, so that will be your first screen.Ohh, is what that's there? Yes, it is there. OK, maybe we can see that. OK, second point is how you're going to integrate that right with...Fusion, and I don't know that Gautham the loop better. OK, that that would form part of the technical discussion, technical discussion, but in terms of requirements, so let's start. Are you OK for us to then start off with that one bar chart? Yes, that's great. Yes, so even to reach that bar chart, how a product is, what are different data points? That, as far as the project. So, yeah, I know what you can keep on. OK, so let's flip. OK, well, you have a project that has been created, right? Whether it is Del Tech or whether it is Fusion, the project is created. Now, I think the ideal point would be where we are talking about planning resource allocations that. That was the primary screen where we said. Planning was, yeah, planning was, so I said starting from planning. So planning, so when she meant means the bar chart is actually the planning part, right, where we are saying these are the resources. No, no, Gautham, there is first is the bar chart, the schedule itself. Then, once the schedule is done, then you allocate resources to that.Okay, so we schedule, so when you're creating the schedule in the fusion, we'll not be creating the schedule, we'll just create the start and the end. Or how are we doing that? I'm saying we've got to spend time on it, if you understand that, because that's the first step that...We have here, so, so let's talk about now, so I think you did a demo. But, if you want, I can, I can show it. Yes, let's start from creating, if you don't mind. Yeah, start that one. Let's start from there. No, no, you can share your screen.Uh, guys, uh, this is audible, right? Uh, Ashraf Deepak. Ashok Kumar Pillanam 14:32Yes, yes, so he's variable to. Deepak Akuthota 14:33Yes, sir, it is audible. Rohit Bhattad 14:36able to hear all of us, right? Ashok Kumar Pillanam 14:38Yes, yes, yes. Rohit Bhattad 14:41Okay.So I'm sharing my screen. So this is basically the Celtech vantage point. So what we do here is we basically first we create a project. So we always say like regular project for us, which means the project is like a.The level project, and then it will click one project. And we have already project templates set, so we'll take from that template.I will take one design project, just for design. For this, so just say, like, test.00 dot.So, this would be a test test test test plan. And then I will continue. And then I select what all I require. Actually, in design, we have multiple design stages. Let's say like a pre-concept, concept, schematic, and IOC. After the IOC, it goes for the conception.OK, so, and then I click select, let's be, let me just select for three. This one.And then we have some Consultants as well, so I just click select. OK, and then I go here and click continue. And then I go here, I say the start date, and so it's like first of July. And completion date.Listening.Okay, go be send it.Yeah.When I select this line, actually, this is how we...So then I click save.Darwish.So, once it is created, I go, I just have this project manager, everything already set up, done.I go in this class, but why did he select project manager? It's auto default, so no, actually it is coming from the template. If you want, we can change from the template. OK, project as a template. Yeah, OK, OK, fine. But actually, I think Gautham, so project manager data, everything employee data will come from the fusion, right? Yes, so this templates and all will be created in the fusion.Yes, okay, fine.So next to what is happening is we create the schedule. So if you see the schedule is already there. It is not rearranged, so we just go here and we just...Change the schedule dates and the this and the dependencies on the project. So then so like this is conceptism, I would say like 80 days. So, our application, the starting point is here. You want to create a schedule, right? Those are the graphs that you are looking for. OK.So, this is what we assume at this, and you should be able to create a bar chart like this. Okay, okay. Now, of course, we try exploring the interface of this screen with the, we're trying to get in data from Fusion, say, and the Fusion from P6 and all of that stuff, which will happen in due course. So, this the default, the default dates that came in came in here, right? That is also defined as part of template. No, actually, what is happening is whenever I'm starting a project, I just go and I put what is the milestone actual dates and milestone.End date, OK, so that date I put actually, so, but I think for that it will come in from the vision, right Gautham? Yes, the dates also, right? Yes, OK, the dates that they started the high levels, the start of the project start and end date will come, that will come milestone dates, no, not exactly. Why will the end date come from Fusion? There, you have the option to enter for the entire project, right? The project master, we have. This is very important. No. We will not sit and enter the whole detail in Fusion. How many places you want to enter? Only the start date, estimated start date on end. That is going to come. So, when you say estimated start, you are you would have a contract which say the estimated start to in completion date, you would have two dates over there, one estimate, that that that's it, that actual and all will come from here going back to Fusion.See, when you are creating a project master, you would have a start and the end. Actually will not be there. Actually, because you are planning here, and then once you have started the project, you start the project from here. It's already created.Okay, it's just starting and is that too much to add in the beginning? That much we know in the contract. We should know that. Yeah, I need that. We need that for the planning as well. Okay, fine. And then, actually, each task has a dependency on integrating, say, like concept design after concept design, or the dependency is like schematic design and for the schematic design, it's like dependent task details will come from version rate.1.1, 1.2, 1.3 will all come there. Okay. Those are welcome.Sure.This is what you mean as a bar graph, **** it.And then we have a data for that, it is like it actually runs all around the project, so it is just the start and end date of the project. So this concept design labor, we have technical mobilization, we have multiple stage disciplines and everything. We have BMO, which is a project management team. We have architecture team, we have structural team, we have mechanical and electrical plumbing team.We have landscape, we have master planning.Commercial cost consultancy clean everyone, so this billing is just we have kept for like for our milestone tracking purpose for our invoicing milestone standing. OK, so once this is done, then we click publish, then this.all this gets published and then we go into the paper. And then, in the paper, we just go...And those. We select this first, check what is the plan settings, so...We just go here, the labor and you know the rates from where it pays, whether it is from the employee portion rate or it is from a labor rate table. No, I meant, can you just talk to Gautham this screen, right? On the rates. How was it managed in Fusion? So, again, the rates are calculated in Fusion, which is it could be either the, you know, the general rate or employee labor employee rates, right? So, we have all the per employee or per category or per those rates have already been calculated. And kept in the fusion, exactly, so you no need for, basically, rate method, employee rate method, generic rate method, billing rates, rate table, all this is part of fusion, we don't have to do any calculation here, it's straight fetch from the data, sure.Because whatever is a change in these rates or the logics will be done at the fusion level, subject to what we are still having discussion with Annapurni and Timis, you know, whether it is going to be...Employee level, you know, other general category as a category level, those are on the rate calculation, the rate updation will be in fusion, will not be in this application. OK, because these for this application, those are masters. OK.So, once we select the uh, wave table, it calls.Into everything, and then you click save.First, in the initial of the project, what happens is, we actually, we don't assign resources with the names. So what we do is we first give them log rules or generic resources, we can say. So first we go with the generic resources. So for the project management team, we usually have a project manager. But these are the resources, I'm assuming, will not be there in Fusion. We are creating the generic resources in field. Yes, they better be there. Yeah, yeah, so there are employees and then there is the category rates, right? So the category rates even, like what they were saying. You have the plan, which is 2026, 2024, 25, all of that, right? So going forward, those all will be there as part of the tuition masters. Okay, so you'll create them as service accounts maybe? We create them as a category itself. Category, okay. So job.you know, job description, all that, that can be, that we, because where we know that it is going to be a generic one that is going to be used here, we'd rather create a tool there, assign a rate over there, and then go ahead with the actual rates. Okay, fine. So, here, what we do is we basically, that is where in the plan setting we had two kind of threads, generate grade and the employed rate, generate grade table, employed rate table, yes, in the plan settings there are two kind of threads, no, but both are applied, there is no plan setting from, no, actually, what he means is one step before where he was showing, yeah, what you see.the plan settings. In the plan settings, there is like for employee rates, what it is, and for generic rate, what is it?This is the way Del Tech does this. I don't think we need to have two difference in the actual applications. What are they assuming? Are you using both generic rate and employee rate? Absolutely. Right? Yeah. Okay. So generic is first you create at the first step and then when actual employees are added, this is when actual employee rate.gets assigned, is it?So, this screen that you are seeing actually talks about both from which tables to pick, for the generic which table to pick, right, and for the employee which one to pick. That's where this, you know, rate method and the table, if you actually see, Thalha, can you just say from neighbor rate table? If you want, I can show this to just paper, like, if you want, I can show, no, no, no, go there, no, go back there.Plan settings, plan settings, yeah.We click on the employee rate method.Yes, so...So is there like, like for example, let's say like if it is set in the like employees CTC, then it comes from the employee provision rate. Okay. And then if it is a label rate table, it's basically the employee numbers are added to the label. And from that table, it actually picks the rate. That is from the labor rate table. And then this labor category table is basically what happens is each employee is assigned to 1 role. Let's say like for me, for example, let's say like if I'm assigned to like a commercial manager or project controls manager. So, on that role, what is the rate? It takes the rate from that. OK, OK, that is how, and then there is labor code. This labor code is basically is like a we don't use in the tech right now, but it's basically cost course assigned to each department, so from the department.what is the rate so that rate takes it. So one plan, it is fixed. Like one plan cannot have multiple trade tables, one project. I also am not clear about now.So just this pause here for a minute, right? All this is telling you is which cost. This is talking about billing and cost. So let's leave billing for a minute. What I, these are all options within Deltek, I think, right? So it is, so cost will for me, cost will always be one source, right? Once. Forget Deltek, okay? But we need to find similarities with fusion and fusion should do what.this sort of does, right? So from what I understand, there'll be one actual rate of employees held centrally in fusion, correct? Yes.And one set of rates always help for generic results. That's it.Do you see that by any other? It's all of these tables? No, actually it was what what is what it is there, how can the Deltek it is taking for the actually this is mainly for the planning, so if I'm forecasting like for my resources, so from where the rate takes like how it takes. For generating the social service, I totally understand; that's not the question, but focus on one question, I just see completely. We don't need only different race tables. We need one for me. Just again, just stay with me, Thalha, please. The point of this is, of course, there is actual rates which are being taken by through finance or whatever for each, as people book time, right? That's all sitting in Fusion. So you don't, I mean, I don't think Nal's like need to be read about it, right? Hapshot, sorry, graphs.Raffles, don't need to worry about it, so you don't need to worry about, but the where I'm trying to come is, do you use these different kinds of rates in Deltech? Let's say, for example, one project has labor code, one project has labor category. Is there a, as of now, in your working structure, do you use this different kinds of? OK, just so it's important for me also to be clear, yeah, and for which. With Thalha, as well, can you just click on that dropdown so as we can, so you, so it's an important question. So, you have cost, we are only talking about cost, right? We're talking about actual cost.Ohh, and then we are talking about estimated cost, which is the future.Yeah, this is actual net hits and this is estimating that you're doing right. So in both actual, what is the source of actual cost in Fusion? The actual cost is getting calculated from your payroll or the other ones that are coming in. Automatically, so that is what will come here. Yes.So that scenario is not there. In Deltek, how you have to select it, is it? No, no, in Deltek, actually, what is happening is employee where the employees data is there. So we have kept a great table so that it takes from the effective date, but mostly it whenever the employee enters the time. So, what the whether it is like a what Del Tech does is it takes whether the CTC or the rate table it goes and checks on the rate table what is the effective date any table is available, so it takes what that table has the amount or CTC that it takes essentially. So what I'm trying to say, all of you, is that I don't need to worry about this because this is coming from finance. Yes, yes. So we were doing everything here. I don't need to be worried about it at all because that will take care of itself. Yes, yes.In terms of estimate, I will again have rates from finance of each employee, which is health and centrally. Am I right, Gautham? Yes, please. Yeah, rates, actual rates in whatever HR finance is still.Which, again, we don't need to worry about.Correct? Yes. If you select somebody's name and these rates will also have to have inflation by the way.Gautham for the future logic for the fusion to calculate. This rates are coming from fusion, and then there will be generic or whatever contingent or whatever you call it. OK, which will also be held centrally in fusion.Or where? Everything is in Fusion. All of that, what do we get? Does that answer your question? Partly, what I'm trying to understand is in the solution that we build, I understand rates will come from Fusion. Generic rates will also come from Fusion. As of now, Deltek has multiple rates, will multiple kinds of rates. Will Fusion also have...Multiple kinds of the actuals and we have the estimates, but from here in the actuals also, or estimates also, there is one per category, one as per labour, one is the actually we we did did it basically because of the difference of different project types. They say, like, so what estimate there only we have different project types here. Why, why?But what happened was for Rajamohan supervision, so what happened was like we did not take the inflation rate. We went because that will be due to the project uncertainty and the issues and everything. So we kept for the staff for the estimate.in the future. So there will be no inflation or no salary increase on the staff. And we kept it like same what was the employee provision rate. We kept it as same. Which is important. This is why I was telling Gautham that this kind of a feature needs to be there in Oracle Fusion. So you can put inflation, Gautham, for every project. You should be able to then adjust the inflation.Right, so you should be able to override the inflation for every project, and that should be like a.Is that doable? That I have to check with them only. That has to happen because otherwise you will be complicating everything. This, so that should go as a requirement. Please add that as a comment in your list, or, or...So, that is why we are going with this. Now, this answers close. I wanted to understand the various project types. Why is there so many tables? Correct? Even I was confused. I got shocked when I saw so many tables, to be honest, because one project, one cost, I understand, yeah, but one project, different types of cost, then that is we have to handle it in our logical. It is only for the inflation you have considered, inflation we have considered, but then there was one category, one labor. No, actually, see, actually what happens is, can you click on that drop down? Yeah, yes, so, so if you see this is provision rate, employee provision rate, it takes directly from the employee provision rate. What is the rate, the CTC there in the employee, but that I understand it takes it, but this rate table, it has basically this one, it has inflation. Each year, 2025, 2026, and so, and and basically this is based on the, like, for example, let's say, like, employee number and employee name has been mapped to one rate in the table, so that table. It takes from the labor. OK, OK. This labor category table is basically, for example, let's say like you are not able to maintain by each employee number. Let's say like you have 5000 employees or 6000. It's not designation, we see. So you just go based on the designation. So this designation only is like labor category table. But all this will come as part of provisional any which phase, right? Actual rate. No, no, no, no. Actually, this is separate. This is basically this. We are setting it up for the estimate for the forecast. This table, we are setting it up for the forecast. So you just keep changing setting again when you want to do a read this thing. Deepak Bhattad 37:33No, hi, hi, this is Deepak. Am I coming with? So, my assumption here is when they're initially doing their planning right, when they when they don't have a named resource allocated, that is when they are kind of assigning a role and a role has a blended rate that gives them a high level project estimation cost, and when they're actually assigning a resource. Rohit Bhattad 37:33Yes, well. Deepak Bhattad 37:54That is when they get the actual rates and as and when the resource starts billing or no, no, they don't have to change. That's what I'm saying. When you, so there is an estimated cost versus an actual cost. Okay. Now the estimated cost, my assumption is a named resource is not allocated to a project. We are still in a planning phase. Rohit Bhattad 37:59Can you change that?Mhm. Deepak Bhattad 38:15Right, that is where they will allocate a cat. Yeah, we can, we can, but I'm just saying, as a general practice in a project management project, what we typically do is we allocate a saying there will be a project manager, there will be one designer, two designer, 3 designers, something like that. So, as and when you start... Rohit Bhattad 38:17You can, I look it.That we can. Deepak Bhattad 38:34Allocating a designation to a particular task, you will start getting an estimated cost, and that is coming from the labor category table. OK, that gives you a high level cost estimate that gives you a high level cost estimate that, OK, three designers. Rohit Bhattad 38:44Yes, you're right. But when will this?Is this category change in the future? Yeah, so what they're saying is, yeah. Deepak Bhattad 38:53No, no, no, so when what happens is when you assign. When you actually assign a named resource now, saying, okay, Deepak is going to work on this particular task, then what happens is it goes to the labor code table or the actual rate of resource. And if Deepak starts adding time, right, this week I have worked on 40 hours. So now it starts calculating 40 into actual rate of Deepak.and that gives you the actual cost. So that is where you will start tracking estimates versus actuals. Rohit Bhattad 39:21Yeah, they want to listen to.Okay. Okay, find that in. Deepak Bhattad 39:26Is that is that a fair understanding overall? Rohit Bhattad 39:30But as of now, in Delta, it's happening like that debug, but in the future, the application that we build, they don't want all this. They just need one grade. Deepak Bhattad 39:37Exactly. Rohit Bhattad 39:39But rate will come from fusion, which fusion will have both the generic and the actual rate as well. So for me, the only time we might need this. Tyagi Bhagwani. Deepak Bhattad 39:42Bye bye.Correct, and and my. Rohit Bhattad 39:52Yeah, go on, go on, sorry.Go on deep out, put these things. Deepak Bhattad 39:55No, go ahead, then. What I'm just saying is my assumption is we don't, in a new application, we don't have to, so this will all be kind of configured in Oracle. All we have to do is pull the template once a project is created in Oracle Fusion. We just pull that template in and the team actually does the scheduling in the new application that is going to be built. Rohit Bhattad 40:27Under English, you want this feature in this system. And you just think so, if you need this feature right now, actually, as Gautham said, like, everything is coming from fusion, and the thing is, you will control what is what, or or we or the central team will control which labor table to use. I can't expect the PMs to know the complication of even if we do have options.I think I will keep it as open. Why? Because if they don't have an inflation something or whatever else, then we may need another solution. So I don't know what solution Oracle is going to implement. So whatever it be, whether we have multiple tables or single tables for forecasting, that will be held in Oracle, not here.If it cannot meet that, if Oracle cannot do it, then maybe we need to think something here. No, when will you be invited for every ask Gautham? No, actually, that will be OK. No, no, he needs, we need to, that's why I need 4 apps around the table. So, let's keep that as a question for him. OK, please, Oracle questions, I just want to.Different rate tables, but for planning, right? Yeah, yeah, the Oracle will be able to contain different tables with inflation.Okay, yeah, sure again. And this only cost, we're only talking about cost, we're not talking about billing yet.So, I just click "Save" and then what I do is basically...I was with Ganesh. And then, basically, I assigned resources, let's say, like, project manager.Yeah.I am saying, like, my controller. The parents are in the table in Kuniyil. Is it?They need to send. So, once this is done, then I have my dates, everything is set, and then let's say like what happens is basically these are the resources which are working like, let's say like they are constantly working with the.Have we reached a point where we are creating a work breakdown structure and dev time? We have already done that. Actually, what I have done is, like, I have a template. Okay, in the template, what I have done is they have this all this work breakdown structures. Okay, okay, thus the just I have copied it. Okay, from that point.Template work breakdown structure game, that is where we're seeing all these tasks. Okay, okay, fine. So, when we you when we sync the project from Fusion to our system, all these tasks will already be there by default. It's just that you start from that bar chart, the bar graph, you're calling it a bar graph creation, schedule creation, wherein you first you create the schedule. Then you're trying to create this planned forecast, right? OK, fine. So, once this is done, then we could publish. And then I what happens is basically for us this assistant project manager, document controller and project manager, these resources actually they are like constantly on a on like full full scale of the project. So usually we just.I have an option called fill hours per day, so I just give them, let's say, like...What is the so ETC assignment? So I have this dates set for each of my tasks from start, this is the start, and this is my end, and I can give you, I can give them, let's say, like 5 hours per day or three hours per day.Or even I can assign the percentage also. I can let me fill this. So once if I done everything it fills, I can see the entire project in months, in weeks, I can change if you want.See, says like 15. If you want, I can show it in the scale of days and months. So this is how it's done. So then I click publish, so it automatically gets published to the software, to the planning page, everything. And then what happens is if, for example, let's say like, if I want to fill the document controller based on the...They say, like, fill hours per day, so I just...It's a assigned percentage, so I don't have a percentage option right now, but so in future we may have, we may required like how much of the percentage to each working. So that also gave me plan, so let's say like 5 hours per per team. So, it just fell, so it gets filled up, everything, and then I click, I publish, so it automatically publishes the the powers and the cost to the project. So this is how it's done. And let's say like if I want to assign the resource also, I can assign the resources. If everyone goes in Bhanupriya, then I can see my click plus sign. And then...Let's say, let's say, like, well, I can just go and enter time for this, so...Sohail.So, it should also give me the like a validation that your planning is beyond the planned date also, so that type of validation also this gives, so results done. And currently we are doing also the Consultants planning also. So we are also having whatever Consultants are there, so we plan accordingly. So when we are going to pay, so that also planning also we are doing. And expenses also we are doing in the expenses planning. And then we just all actually, so all this will happen here, right? Yeah, all this will happen here, right? Nothing is happening in Fusion, which one the expenses, the labor, the Consultants, all this planning? Yes, I think we have to put, which is, I don't know how Oracle.procurement works, but yes, planning has to happen here only. Everything has to be in one place, otherwise for Consultants rate, how it will come.I have no idea. And even for expenses, for that matter, you must have created this as part of template, right? All project. No, actually, this, I think there is a big, this is the default feature in the deltech, labor, expenses, consultants. You can plan for the consultants, you can plan for the expenses. So, you know, very simple, let me.Let me pull back and just say in terms of planning. Yes, so we need to plan for labor, we need to plan for everything in one place. Otherwise, there's no point. Correct, correct. Yes. You can't go do half the planning and some others is not. Right. So schedule, what is? First is schedule, which is the batch chart. Batch chart. Then you have labor is actual that book project plan. Now in an ideal world, what I had asked Del Tech at the time of starting when they were implementing is I wanted to see the bar chart in the same. You know the way actual Excel sheet, can you show a template which is in fact?In Excel, which is even more, ultimately, in Excel is the easiest to work, to be honest. We'll try and get that user experience in our app. That is the main thing, yeah. I mean, Deltek is better than others, but you know, Excel is the easiest. Which one are you opening? No, not this, definitely not this.Based.Or, no, but you're connected now, so yeah.Where do we save our basins?Yeah, open and use to open a one that has data. How many users use Deltek as of now? See, let's leave the time sheet part, because Deltek has time sheets also. That's all over everybody. In terms of user, I think around 50-ish, you could say, but less for project managers, commercial managers, controls, time sheet has been filled in Deltek only, or that will be like...In, I mean, 1500 or whatever, no, you know, post fusion. Our application will not use for time, time, time sheets, time sheets will be, time sheets will be, which is fine. Does that need to do we have to sync, because I see a plan versus actuals also, right? Yeah, I'm assuming it should be, so what happened is...OK, so you have at one point you will have the fusion like this, where I really need that. But you know, for the writing, you know, where we were, remember our whiteboard, no, yeah, like it, let's try it, no, there, your your team is there, no, so we will not have this next week, team cannot see that because I'm sharing my screen and is sharing his screen, whiteboard, anyways, the team cannot see, no, in teams, in teams, guys, you should know. What is the best way to share a whiteboard now that you're on the other side? You have to give us a solution. Do you have any idea? Do we have all whiteboard in Teams?Uh, no, but I've been seeing something here, you know? Yeah, you haven't. Deepak Bhattad 51:25No, no, I think we do have it. One second, we have never used it though. One second, if you go to... Rohit Bhattad 51:26Mm.Because we, because we really need to sketch, this is a sketching thing, that's why I don't not comfortable with you guys being there. Deepak Bhattad 51:35Yeah.I think you have to enable that right now. I don't see that enabled because when you go to more, you could see that whiteboarding feature.Don't see that enabled here. That's what I'm. Rohit Bhattad 51:51I remember seeing that many times, which I, but I don't know how to use it. OK, that's fine. You'll figure it out, goes the code. When I was trying to do it with the this one, but apparently that's not coming in. I think people don't know this. Yeah, yeah, don't hold it against me now. OK, anyway, OK, so let me try and explain it right. So, one portion of it which we are...Talking is where we know we wanted to go in a sequence, so a project is getting created, you're planning, you're doing all of that, right? So let's assume that I take a project with the app, the web app, right, which we are talking, so it would be capturing my what is the ones that I've actually planned, and...Fusion would be constantly getting populated with what is the actual also happening over there. So when you're picking, if it's a, you know, a greenfield project or any one of that, right, your actuals will be 0, right? As and when the project has progressed and you're coming back here because they will be editing a couple of other things.you know, assigning a new resource or undo it. So at that time, I will be getting the actual. So your plan is what you are inputting. It goes and sits into a placeholder in Fusion. Same way, Oracle would have a placeholder for the actuals, which you would be displaying it here. But then my question is, for actuals, yeah, people are assigned resources from the film time sheets, yes, fusion, right? Yeah, so those named resources, anyways, when we sync it here, or it's a two-way sync, do we bring that rate that hours also here, or does the P. does the P.M. fit it? The actuals, so we need that.To be filled, actually, so that we can see what is the actual versus planned. Yeah, no, for time sheet is being filled in Fusion, yeah, right, yeah, yeah, so here I see a field for actuals. Now, when an actual user is filling a time sheet against a project, the the actuals that you see here in the project plan in our system, we need to fetch the time sheets from there and pull it here for that specific week.Yes, yes, so you'll not be here. His question is, you're not going to update the actual from here? No, no, no, ohh, God, my God, right, right, right, that was, we need it to be a read-only thing. Yes, yeah, let me say one thing: we don't want we want zero reduced manual, no manual rework or anything, yeah, yeah, yeah.Actual speaker, we just show, but here that's editable, right? So, yeah, they are like, no, here it is not editable, here it is actually, it comes in the time sheet, actually, it comes in the time sheet, the time sheet, it comes out only from the time sheet. OK, I saw, I assume that that is OK, that's fine, that that's fine, plan is editable, actuals will come in the time sheet, so I think when you are seeing it is a. Deepak Bhattad 54:22Yeah.Right, right.I I I.Right. Rohit Bhattad 54:44Text text box, all the text box, yeah, but it's a grayed out text box. OK, fine, like the when you're sharing it back to you. Deepak Bhattad 54:50One, one, one question here. One question here. Yeah, so the resource will be putting his time against a specific task that he's assigned to, right? Rohit Bhattad 54:56Yeah, go ahead. Deepak Bhattad 55:05Now, that assignment is happening in the will be happening in the new application that we have. Rohit Bhattad 55:06Yes.Yes, that is your application, Web App. Deepak Bhattad 55:16How, correct, correct. How will that be reflected back in the time sheet that you were to have? Because the resource will ultimately be filling his time against a specific project, against a specific task. Rohit Bhattad 55:21I did do so.I don't mean that.Yeah.Yeah, so Eid this. Deepak Bhattad 55:29How will that sync up happen? Rohit Bhattad 55:32Yeah, so here, if you actually see that for each of the stage, right, and each of the tasks, right, I'm assigning XYZ or ABC, whoever I'm doing it. Once it gets sunk back into fusion, right, now when they are trying to input the time sheet.Infusion, what happens is there when I log in, okay, I get to see which are all the projects that I've been assigned to and I fill my timesheet for those projects by task. Deepak Bhattad 56:04No, no, that understood, understood. I think my question is around the syncing aspect because the assignment is happening in the new application. Rohit Bhattad 56:10So, we have Oracle, we will have fusion APIs from this application, will push the data back to the fusion, whatever is planned and the tasks, so as the Oracle PPM will be used and the entire Projects part and the task part will happen at the PPM level, and then accordingly, time sheets will be filled at fusion. We'll have a two-way sync. Deepak Bhattad 56:32Okay, so that is one. Another question was for the project team. So is there a possibility that we add or update tasks in the schedule? Like, or do you just go by the template and you don't do anything to it? I mean, you just follow the template, just allocate resources and that's it. Or do you also keep changing or adding new tasks? Rohit Bhattad 56:53Okay, so...OK, the question, the question here is very, very simple. You have a product that has been created in Fusion. Now, let's, you know, let's split it. You have it created the skeleton and all has been created in Fusion. You have come here and you are assigning people, planning, doing all of this in the web app. Okay, his question is simple. Now you find that you need to add a task, one more task which is not there, that did not come flow down from the fusion.Would you be in a position to add it here? Do you want that to be added here, or should it come that only the Web app will see whatever is the?task that has been created in Fusion, you plan, do everything based on that.Or should it be editable here?I, from my point of view, and Thalha, you guys use it, so you guys are jumping. In my view, if you should not be able to add or alter the WB struct in the views, so which means the you cannot add a task, you can here, yes, yes, here, yeah, but you can do it in fusion, because of these are my requirements, it has to be fixed.Drop down, you know, right? Yeah, that's but getting everyone on the same page, they know, they also know, so the point is that you know, coming back to this, even here, you should not be able to add a task or delete a task, which means it changes the WBS structure, but the whole point we want this is to be able to manage the tasks, which makes...move the tasks around so that you can assign resources. Yes. But is that okay with you guys?I see any change we can do it in the fusion. Yeah, because so now as we are talking, we are sort of in our brains trying to understand how the split will be between fusion. What I'm thinking is by doing this automatically, you have more control. Yes, because once you leave it to all the project managers. They can do anything, they can, they will start to be doing things, and then you will need more access controls here, and more different kind of, so here all they can do is move the task, change the durations, and go, these, so ideally, change it, change the dates, basically, so ideally, this confers with what you've been talking as fusion as a source.Singles also true. The only the moment or alignment happens in the web app.Yes, that it's it's resources, type of resource, all that happens here, but your integrity of the structure is maintained as per whatever is flown perculated from Fusion, with one big caveat that it should work in Fusion, yeah, whatever doesn't work, like if tomorrow before you came, we spoke about...rates and if they still haven't confirmed, I've asked about this inflation 3 weeks ago. I still don't have a confirmation how you're going to account for inflation from them. Like either ways it has to, the inflation. No, let me finish because if that doesn't work, then I'll have to maybe build a feature here.So that changes the design, so we need to confirm to them now. That's what I have sent a mail to Deepanraj Vivekanand and Siva to do a walk through for the Fusion Projects module with them, so that they also understand where I will arrange for the same meeting with the same group.Yeah, I think here.Right, so that at least, so that we they have a better understanding of where is the dissection happening between fusion to the, we don't know it, let's be honest, we don't know yet, we don't know that as we go, you understood, I think you have an idea on that, but you said you haven't looked at the fusion screens at all, I was like a little skeptical because we have a straight.deadline of two months and the fusion module, if so, it's not built. That's the reason why I asked the other day, are the APIs ready? The APIs are, see, right now, they have been demonstrating it to us. We don't have the access, but on the sandbox instance, everything is ready. Because see, once they demonstrate the features to them, I'm sure there'll be a lot of.who and through on the data structure piece, right? That is the most important thing for me because when I'm requesting an API, the data structure at least has to be 100% true. So if there's a lot of changes there, then it kind of, but then that's fine. It's okay. We can progress ahead. Just thinking about the overall project timelines per se.Because if an official UAD or like at least the first level demo has not happened with the team, then if there are a lot of changes at the fusion end, right, especially around like what Mam said on the inflation and then the WBS. Right now, even the APIs and the data structure that you are having.access into our standard out-of-the-box fusion modes. They're standard out-of-the-box. The additional fields are also factored in it because Oracle by nature gives you about 10 to 15 fields extra. So it is just that now you need to know that out of the 10 to 15 whether it is field one.Five, or whichever is it. So, those, even when we are talking at the project level or at the organization level, they do already be already comes with that extra 15 fields where you know you can put in custom references, anything that you want to. OK, so that's the API factors, all of that.Okay, so your APIs are ready, your screens are ready. It is just that now, whether, let's assume that the same thing of the inflation. I'm going to put it at the project level. All right, so this project has a 7% inflation year on year. So that would be at the project master for me, which would be one of the 15 additional fields that.comes out-of-the-box. So for you, what would happen is during the API, to calculate it, you need to know which of this 1 to 15 it is. Okay. So that's the only thing that you would actually need to look into. So that's why from an API standpoint, it's up and running from a.configured, the additional fields will be factored into that 1 to 15.Yes.Yeah, you can check. So, what is the action that we checked about the date tables and we checked? Will you check this? I've already got the this is why I feel the UP guys need to be wrong.Yeah, from the next meeting, I'll loop them on for you.So, we've taken a decision about the work breakdown that we cannot add new tasks. It, yeah, work breakdown structure will only be created in.And how frequently does it get changed? Do I have to poll, or can I can I like configure a webhook where, as soon as a work breakdown structure gets changed, is it possible in Fusion? See, because I will, I as a system will not know if something changed in Fusion unless I don't keep polling it, or I design a webhook.Where they can push it? What would generally happen in this case? It's not going to be a webhook, right? So, let's say that I'm now getting into a particular project, right? At that time, you'll be refreshing the entire project. Real time. Oh, sorry. You thought it. Very cool. OK, fine. Yeah, so that your webhook would not.might take that. Okay, fine, yeah. You have to show your screen in the teams and challenges, yeah. You have to share it again, I guess. Deepak Bhattad 1:05:04I mean, we're actually seeing it, Ruth. Rohit Bhattad 1:05:05You tell me.Are you shaking? Deepak Bhattad 1:05:09OK, now we see it now, OK. Rohit Bhattad 1:05:10Ohh my bad, sorry.Yes, sir.So, this is basically like how we respect, and then we, so, and then also I think that we, we, we also we should be able to see what is the...The values of the contract and available, what is the plan person? Yeah, we should have all the columns, all the columns. Once we finally understand what columns we have in Fusion, all of the columns should be disabled, so that we can see what is the contrast and everything else, so we'll tell you which columns, basically, there'll be a factor of.Calculation of all of these, so yeah, we should be able to see the square, not just these, and there'll be more, there'll be budget, there'll be baseline one, there'll be baseline versions, there'll be estimate at completion, there's all of those columns, there'll be earned value as well, so my second question would be...Yeah, so one is schedule, then next is resources you haven't been through them. Resources or feature. Please, I would highly recommend that you all get into this sandbox and please see how you add, replace resources. And I want it to be even more user-friendly than this. Now, yeah. So what is happening is now we have already assigned this stuff, like this generic resources. So we have a possibility like we go and reassign this.Generic resource to.You look like a...So, ideally, you know, we see, we have the enterprise, I think Gautham should also share the enterprise structure.Up to you, so this is, because I mean, everything is connected, everything is, but they are bringing in, once they bring in the projects, like they, since we are not altering anything else, you know, from the, send it to them, I think, so that they understand how our organization structured, because this is because I want the interface to reflect that.Yeah, so we have the way the work breakdown, sorry, I think you were just showing the features. Yeah, is we have stages, we have disciplines, right, and then we have staff under that. Now, a problem with this.Even this is better than many applications. But even here, what I have to then do is open another sheet somewhere. Every time I add a resource, I need to see how my total report is changing. So I want a mini report right here. So 2 things would be great. So can you open the Excel sheet?I'll be jumping on. I think we need to have that kind of just baseline. Yes, the baseline that we created. So this is our, so when a bit, you know, when we have to do an estimate, we use this template.OK, this somehow speaks true for you.Send.I will just take this. You can just go through this. Hello, Hazem.Long time. What other reports do you see, and like Anupama is expecting, we can discuss that, still upload of the no on the Excel, on the Excel, Excel from Excel to the OK. So, actually, also we need a feature like, see, this is our build template, so this build template, I think we can better check with Anupama, sure. So, is there any possibility to remove this?Template this resources into the into the into the application.Enter application, no, sure, I do that. Thank you. So, just one that we were manually entering the hours, but each of these assignments, if we can actually upload this, that's what I was wondering why this resource thing is not there to the template itself. As soon as the template deleted, default resource gets created in the template. It gets filled right in the Deltech Vantage Point, so the previous version, which is called Deltech Vision, there is like the feature is there, but in the Vantage Point, that feature is the upload of resources, yeah, and that is a very important feature that we think, OK.Yeah, so which is, but then this Excel should have all the, so we can, yes, work breakdown structure, right? So, is there any, like, if, if possible, like, let's say, like, you bring, like, set the template on the your web application, yeah, download, download, yeah, that is something that we always ask for in every application, and it's Google, we, we can, we can, we can, because, see, ultimately, if...Even in the work breakdown or the task, if A becomes B, it becomes very difficult to upload it again, right? A lot of things can be editable in an Excel, yeah, so you have to be careful that ways. We can we can give an upload feature, show you what will change, and then you can confirm, right? Yeah, but then yeah, and we are discussing this report here. So, and also like here, what was nice about this is, you know, this is how people are used to.Fitting in resources, you put in a.category which should in our case it will be a generic resource. You might put in a staff name or not in our case you can or not. Now.This is a work, this is the highest level of program that you at the top, so this would be, and if possible in the screen, you should be able to click and view this program, like this bar chart, like this. Okay, then it's just visually easier for someone to do, you know, run this. The only difference here is, of course, we have it back. That is 1 part. The other thing I wanted was, like an Excel, you know, like, you know, if you go here, go to the pre-contract, this one, this sheet.Yeah, if you minimize that a little bit. So ultimately, something like this, you know, this is what we have as a report. Finally, right? All of that entry you do, plus you input the subconsultants, you were asking about subconsultants, you do all of that and you get something like this, something like this. Then I, you know, we switch between this. We're like, okay, right. So I have put so many resources. And sorry, he has to, I can't, it's not, no, actually, because I, right, because it's inside. OK, so here, if I add this, I need to understand what's the total cost, right, immediately, so it should should give me this is estimation, so it's quite linear, and as and when...the cost increase I need to know. Then my next thing is I go back and look at the overall picture. How does it impact my overall picture? How much money I'm losing on getting it? You know, so it's a constant switch between these two. The actual costs are not come from the contract. No, okay, this is a new, this is a baseline, which means the project has zero cost.Okay, okay. Okay, then this becomes a, then this done, then there are actual costs incurred against this, then we need to monitor planners. But then there must have been some cost to the contract that you must have submitted, right? The bid. Inquiry cost, we have a separate, if that's a different, which I don't want to, yeah, we, if we do have that, we might transfer it later.Yeah, into wherever we want. So, this is at the bidding level, is it? This is what the plan? This is at the bidding level, this is the beginning. OK, OK, OK. Otherwise, we use Del Tech right for managing it. Now, if Gautham says we can do this, we can actually do this, use this to do this, but when I was trying to come, you can use, you can use, exactly. The same thing. Yeah. But the problem is you cannot create a project.I guess you'll create a project once you build it, right? Oracle is the issue, right? So it's in Oracle, if they we add the, we can actually, nothing stops us, we can create as many projects as we want in theory, and in the project stage you can handle, exactly, if it's a one, exactly, we have that also, we also have that inquiry. You know, one note submitted and all that. I've given them that list and they've put it in the FDD already. So in theory, if this can, if this is fine, we don't even need to use.An Excel for, you know, for estimation, but OK, an Excel is easier because you know you don't want to give access to many people, this, that, and the other, if you don't want to go through that administration of the project. Yeah, so anyway, so that, but good to have that feature of upload and download. OK, fine.So that is just visually how it looks at it. Can you minimize it? Can you scroll down what else it has? Yeah, like, so these are different tasks, I guess. No, these are, so if you see this is level 3, this is the discipline.OK, that's why you should understand the enterprise structure; the you have auto work breakdown structure, you have stage, which is concept, you know, and then you have discipline here. If you go back, this is the stage stage, and this is the disciplines.structure, MEP, then skip. These are all the disciplines. Now, my biggest frustration is when I go there, so here, if you go there to Deltek. Is all this is brilliant, but I don't see the, so what, you know, so how is my labor? So, where is my, where is the big picture? I don't see the big picture, big picture summarized, right? So, what is my discipline wise cost by stage? So, I should be able to twist in that kind of a C. Understood, understood, yeah. How does it affect my margin? I think the schedule and the labor tab is not talking to each other in terms of at least the bigger picture, not even those.Yeah, schedule is one, yeah, that is 1 schedule and labor tab, and then reporting the same, you know, in somewhere, understood, you know.I don't even mind if it's side by side. OK, we'll have a switch tabs which we over it, you just change it, switch some solution there, but I can, I understood, I got you, you got it right, yeah, so I see the, so that big picture will be a report which you'll have to install here, some, some, some, yeah, and then you should be able to drill down on some.Got it, man. Yes, you'll have all that.So good. You know, after having heard so many people saying, "No, no, no, no," like some finally, you know, when somebody says yes, she's happy. I'm like, okay, all the others were wrong or you're wrong. I don't know. I'm a bit skeptical. I'm confident now, right?I know it, because I am, I will be the one who will be doing it, so I feel like I'm having a conversation. I'm confident you'll get it, role reversal.Okay, okay.Yeah, one thing just on the screen, Gautham, this expenses and Consultants. So at a project level, they are having list of expenses also. Yes, yes. This will also come from Fusion. Yeah, right. You have all. So the cost elements, the billing elements, everything.Kind of comes from there, right? Even when you are talking about the schedule, the code start and date schedules, that is it. Here, what you're doing is tweaking, moving, adjusting, but we can change it here. Yeah, we can change it. You have your change that. You have your, yeah, I mean, probably, we can change it to expenses once, what are the base we start at the base. The sick, it comes through, yeah, then you are adjusting it here, there, be it at the task level or whichever the project level that that's happening, so once this is gone back in, it stays there, right? The way you're seeing it here is, but expenses, why do you have it replaced? I, I don't know, actually, I will just, actually, we really need it.But is really, so ultimately the goal will also be, and I'll tell you what, right? One is, yeah, you know, you have all the go through the report. I think we need to share the reports as well. I don't know what reports do we need to share, at least a summary reports that we want to see.Because, so that you understand, right? I don't know how to, but let's, I'll explain why you need a period, you know, time related, why you need an entry there, because eventually there are two things that can come out if one is cash flow, which I've never seen a cash flow. Cash flow would be good as well as a report, but I think that comes in a report.Cash flow, which means when is the money going out, right? And basically cash flow, because sometimes you might even, you might even request for, you know, how much are you going to spend over the six months. So then you show a forecast of what your spend is every month over the next. So this, it is time related. Easy for us to put it in one.I prefer that, it's easy for me. Patnana, yeah, so this is apart from employee costs, yeah, all the other expenses are part of this time, is it? So, let me give you a quick idea, right? So, not just your employee, right? You have some direct expenses which are project related that I have to buy or do something.services that I needed to pick your. Can you click that direct expenses, the iPhone? I just want to understand when the breakdown is there. You want all this also? I'm assuming they'll have all this inclusion.Only see.No, actually, what happens is for actually what happens is in the design process, there are some expenses also there, like authority payments is also there, so when what happens is like when say we submit a detailed design or a concept design or systematic design, and then we go for authority approval sort of this thing. Deepak Bhattad 1:19:07EW. Rohit Bhattad 1:19:23Then we have to pay the authority payments also, so that type of expenses we have to some, we are not planning now, but in future we may say if Emaar requires that, OK, what are your expenses you are going to plan for the so that expenses type of this type of expenses also we have to plan, so yeah, this is what we are.We are, we haven't planned right now for anything, and also what is happening is our contingency and everything is actually kept in our expenses tab, so when is like, when is the contingency going to be like, if you want to release the contingency or if you want to increase it, so this contingency also it is planned in the expenses.Bing.On cleaned up, so we can see the same structure, labour cost, and the labour we put expenses in the subconsultant cost in the subconsult. Though we see the whole structure, we put them properly in that tab only. We'll just play around with these tabs, we'll just understand what I spoke, how each of the tax related and. What is coming from with start to with start? That's fine. OK, so what now the plan has been done, actually comes from the time sheet. Next, uh, expenses comes from the...Like, like what I said, it was like the expenses, it comes from that, yes, it was just flowing directly here, of course, that is the whole reason we are going to Oracle, yeah, so AP and AP and expenses, yes, I'll just quickly open the...The scope again, just so as build on the same page.Should have happened there also. She's not even come to the party. On Monday, they have a scheduled. I sent the invite for morning, then you had asked for the second-half where they are talking about the sub-consultants and all of that. Monday. No foot. The planning that you have decided, the payback social signing, 'cause we actually have to submit, so OK, now the budget utilization view. So, as of today, we discussed only these two, right? Sorry, as of today, we just discussed these two, right?Which is the plan, and it is not only this, so yeah.At a high level, at a high, yes.Yes.We haven't discussed, yeah, this, well, it's the same principle, but yeah, so we haven't discussed any freezing of baselines and all that. I don't know how that evolved between Oracle and this.So anything, so do we want to move budget utilization or we stop it here just for us like to regroup and then continue? Okay, so before we do, let's just take a pause. So far you have understood. Now, what is it that we can do better to get this?Meeting more productive. One option which Annapurni had said is have the four I apps gentlemen also be here so that immediately if you know it is coming in Oracle fusion, they can show it. That's one.Right, the second is a prerequisite walkthrough of the Oracle Projects module, all of that. Third is what apps can do it, therefore apps can do it, they don't need to be there. The 3rd is between us, at least a clear understanding on the dissection of where is the handover. And between the fusion and to these web app, how's it happening? We'll have to go granular now. We were talking at a very high level. Now we'll have to go granular in terms of. It depends, and I'll tell you that entirely depends on what Oracle can do and can. Yeah, the limitations of Oracle.Limitations of Oracle besides that, right? Otherwise, we are clear that we want minimal here limited to all of this, but if there's certain things that you cannot do, like the rates, like anything else, like whatever else, maybe, so, like adding, sure, the coding will have to.Right, yeah, but I need the basic summary, slice and dies, so I, yeah, whatever data is there here, data will not be like data, data, it will be like summarize data, yeah, yeah, I understand, I understand, but then from a cost center perspective, cash flow perspective, that is all there, expense perspective, this is just cost.Right, cost point value, yes. OK, then let's move to, so are we clear? Like, no, yes, clear, everything is OK, anything, so let's move on, anything as in, obviously, within the school, we have another half month.Ohh, yeah, no, no, it's two-five right now. You have, no, we have an, yeah, we have one more, one more, we open, you want to, because I would, no, no, no, I would rather use the flow and have fewer meeting meetings next week if required. Okay, then that's fine, yes, because for me, I have to move that, I think the Monday one, because we have month end.So, I would rather, right, Manav, you prefer today to continue, or you prefer to continue next year? It will still be a use later migration here in Brazil. So, you want time, is it? Yeah, okay, then we can pause here, just one anything in Dell Tech, we can discuss quickly for maybe 13 minutes, let's continue.Because, see, I want to spend some time on the weekend to just understand the related flow on how you're using it. So, any items like your budget realization view, which you can cover quickly in 30 minutes, maybe as part of these items, we can discuss. Deepak Bhattad 1:25:35Before we before we move on, one quick question here.Hello, one second. Yeah, so... Rohit Bhattad 1:25:41Yeah, you know, I think you have to get it.Show them the tutorial, send them the tutorial so they can understand. Send them the link to the tutorial.By the way, I have already created a, you know, the support portal account for Ashok. Ashok is in the call, so he should have already received the page. Ashok, did you get an e-mail from Deltek from the Support? Ashok Kumar Pillanam 1:26:08Yeah, yes, just now I have received around 4:30, one hour back. Rohit Bhattad 1:26:13Thank you.Sorry, Thalha, I know, because everything is coming like on then, no problem at one time, like a focus.Thanks.You want to show your screen? Yeah, yeah. Deepak Bhattad 1:26:37So, what does? Rohit Bhattad 1:26:37OK, can I just go down part? No, we can't see this, let me just say for other things you carry on. Deepak Bhattad 1:26:42Right, on the resource on the resource allocation, right? So, this is also coming from Oracle Fusion, right? I mean, the resource loading and you know, like other resources available, not available, and all that, that is all coming from Oracle Fusion, correct? Rohit Bhattad 1:26:47Is.Basically, the planned activities for the resource, let's say, based on this date, if the resource are allocated to some other project, the... Deepak Bhattad 1:27:08Right.The availability, right? Rohit Bhattad 1:27:10So, what will happen? Let's say a particular task was assigned to Gautham. Two, three scenarios, right? One first scenario is it was allocated last month. This one, Gautham, is no longer with the organization. It will show that it was allocated to Gautham as of last month. Now, when you are going forward, they would...go back and change it. All right, till last month it was Gautham, this month it's going to be Thalha. That's one. Now, where you are now coming, resource allocated across multiple projects, what is the utilization of it? So here you are entering all the resource, this thing, that reporting utilization, I haven't seen it in.The fusion, if it is not there, we might have to bring that here.Well, I've seen, we've seen what we have to see, does not then that might be one where we we would, we can show the the screen we have for these also joiners and levers specifically, if somebody has left then that date also we have to sync it here, yes, it already gets it already syncs within the fusion. No, here we have to show right that he is about to leave or is notice period, like whatever. So, if you can, I say, end of the month is leaving. This is, I can call the next phase, but yes, so we have that feature here, where we are talking core HR, right? No, no, just like in a problem, something like...this, but we want something easier. Okay. So basically all that data that goes in then gets comes here. So then I can see the risk. Technically, if it is a small team of people, like I, for example, for commercial, I check here and see the how busy people are, et cetera, et cetera, and who needs to be allocated, who is not because. Can you, sorry, open one of these, like, where there's 100 and, yeah.Nineteen percent, so you can see all of the data is coming from Projects. Yeah, so I know where he's over forecasted, under forecasted, as somebody who is the so by organization, so as a department manager, I should know all of this, right? So, and so something like this, and the manager should see only his resources again, so...That role, yeah, yeah, yeah, so that is one thing we have, yeah. Deepak Bhattad 1:29:27So, do it.From what you see in the scope, right? This is not included in the scope, right? So it was a resource management itself is not included in this. Rohit Bhattad 1:29:34Yeah, that is, that is why. Yeah, this will happen. Yeah, you ask the questions. So they what right now where our entire focus is on the project, the enhancements and the other good to have, we still want to. Deepak Bhattad 1:29:39Yeah. Rohit Bhattad 1:29:53Subject to, of course, you delivering a really nice one. There is, that's the focus. There's a scope, you know, for a lot of written orders. Yeah, what we are trying to do, Deepak, here is just to understand how to make lives of a project manager simple, right? All this is supposed to happen on Fusion, but...Just like a stage two thing or a phase two thing, where it, if something can be done here in an effective way, then, yeah. Deepak Bhattad 1:30:22So because I think if we were to have this kind of a view in the new application, right, then we will need the entire org structure to be within this new application, right? Yeah. Rohit Bhattad 1:30:33Yeah, that's what I was saying. It's good for you to understand that anyway, even within a project, to understand the org structure of this department. Yeah, ultimately, yes, you are right. You need to understand that whole thing. But you know, the thing that is going to come, like what, you know, Rohit was saying, somebody who is about to leave.Right here, the state status will be active, inactive, whether the employee is there, not there, but somebody, you know, where you want to show not just green and red, but you know, in amber or anything saying the person is serving is noticeable. That means you are now syncing not just with the project related data, you are also syncing back with my...And I had.Think that anyway, because you, no, we don't normally, we normally don't think you know people who are, I'm not asking for this, but regardless, you need that is there in the HR, so what happens is any resource associated to a project, the person is either active or inactive, right? That is the status that it brings in, but when you are talking about...You know, the handover face of that person, I can handle it currently, because I know your system is different, it's different, yeah, so now everything is manually uploaded, right? That is what we we can, that other thing, yeah, that's OK, we have for the new onboard is you wanted to think in detect, OK, OK, fine.Wasn't already stepping in coming, Swami. OK, I was just telling Rohit, you know, the most difficult part here is getting a meeting room. Sometimes we don't get meeting room. How many IT Projects going on? Yeah, half the number of projects are IT projects, half the rooms occupied are IT projects.Just as a fusion migration, yes, we in fusion until we have the fusion, then you have the HCM, it's fine. Is that only even just one feature we can discuss quickly, the version utilization view, sure, sure, or whatever your like, we were in the flow, right? Once you create a, that's my plan, finish the flow, let's finish the flow and just show you how.How our, basically, how our report used to look like, so this is like our project review screen, exactly, no, no, no, so once you have created a project, you have created a plan, next what do you do? So, next what we do is basically, like I did, just a plan, okay, that is the resource plan.So let's say like if I have all this contract amounts available. So I just go and see like how much I am if I'm under under budgeted or my or I'm over budgeted if I'm high treasury my resources is too much costlier or I can bring more resources to finish that work. So this type of things I go and see here in this.Essentially, Thalha, while you're here, yeah, I want to add that this is a good screen, yeah, and what we're actually looking for is a little this to be reconfigured in the way we'd like to see it, right? This is something that we keep going to, so something like this, like this is the report that I was talking about, yeah, you go there and you, you go back and forth, understood, so it could be this.one screen where this is at the highest level and then we can see it by discipline by stage, you know, the next level. So actually what happens is, Rohit, if you see this one, we actually we have to go and see each and every. Yeah, this we don't want, right? So, yeah, here, Rohit, we don't want to see this kind of here only, and then only, exactly, like a, like a, you know, like a expand. What changed here? I didn't understand what you selected there. Actually, what I did was actually this is on the topmost level of the work, yeah, so we want it at the next level, next level, actually collapse, every discipline, this is creating, recreating this table. No, no, no, no, you can basically you have a work breakdown structure, right? So, it's they are showing you at the highest level. OK, OK, for any level lower, you have to then click that level, which is difficult. So, what we want is that, but any selects architecture, what changed here exactly? So, just only this changed. Deepak Bhattad 1:34:32Then. Rohit Bhattad 1:34:51Right, so, so these all these values are changed. OK, understood. So, when you click this, if let's say architecture comes here, it should just come up like a 3065 architecture thing, that's it. They don't know for all the amount. What? No, listen, so we will we will ask you what how we want this to see to see this. OK, OK, this is what I meant, like slice and dice. Understood, understood. So, I should be able to see it by stage. Deepak Bhattad 1:35:04The. Rohit Bhattad 1:35:14More of a balance sheet kind of a thing, wherein, yeah, this is fine at a high level, but what he want, he cannot see. Deepak Bhattad 1:35:16Both for kind of a.Pivot table.Kind of a pivot table. Rohit Bhattad 1:35:23That's going to be difficult.Actually, like if you have a total label, then we click plus on the label, then we can see the breakdown by stage, this much amount, by discipline, this much amount. No, actually, at a high level, this is fine. We will tell you. That's okay. That's fine. But then I got your idea as to the, while creating a plan itself, you can see this. Yeah.Because, yeah, yeah, so, and not this, not this way, yeah, yeah, yeah, obviously, once we refine, these are the highest, so if you see, I mean, that's why we should send, I don't know why I shouldn't ask you, I should ask IT to send all our reports, but we should be at, we, this should be a labor, we should see by discipline.Yeah, and by stage, or we should say by stage, click by stage, and then if it'll show by stage, OK, and then by discipline, yeah, and then we don't need to see the switch view, all of the switch view, yeah, yeah, button like that could be, but when you have by stage, you should be able to see all the if we.Click, then it should see all the disciplines; you know, it should that, that's that's the that's the view I'm asking for, okay, in my stage by discipline, and this is fixed at stage, so I'll just keep putting that's also acceptable, because if this something like this screen, and it can go back and forth easily between this, like every time I change a.resource, I can go back to that's also acceptable if you can't fit everything in one click. What we do is we, once we do this, all this planning and everything, so we come to this screen and see how much, how we are doing on this project and how, and okay, is there any additional resources we can allocate or not? It's okay. This is how we are coming and seeing in this screen. This is the, actually, if you see this, this JTD is basically it comes from the time sheets. This one, if you see this actually is us right, so it comes from the time sheets, whatever time sheets have been entered by the staff, so I will just show you one, this interview also perform JTD job.Job to date, job to date, OK.Like, if you see all these resources and how much hours they have entered and what are the hours like upon what date everything is, so date and how much is the hours and this three timesheets are filled out or weekly approval, weekly approval, weekly approval. Now, where they're filling down sheets in Delta, Delta currently they're filling down sheets, so...And then, from this, it flows into the finance, so there is a.Not for finance invoice also, build text is only being used currently. No, actually they have a separate system, Sage and everything. So only the time sheet actually it is being done. But other things are we are getting it from finance and we are uploading it here. And then so that is how we are getting what is the project.A cost, what is the how will the project help us, and everything is done, so there is no industry, OK?So how we want this to look and interact was a primary issue we had because of this. And also, we used to have, like, let's say, like, if I want to change the timing option, also I can go and change the time, so let's say, like, if...What, what was the cost in January and everything, so like I just go at this week here and then I can see what what was the cost in the January and...Basically like.In September, what was the cause?I can see how much, so these differences also I can see in that. And this one, and so in period, it would be nice to see, yeah, and also like in period, what was the first, like this month, because that's always which you cannot see here, maybe you don't have any period here, we don't have any, so fundamental, right, which is the same, yeah, yeah, true. So, E.T.C. actual with P.J.T., you have planned profit as well, yes, and also to have that profit, you need to have payments also, so that was no, no, no, big cash is different. Cash, I don't know, that's a question mark, whether we bring in cash, we didn't talk about cash. Actually, we are doing with based on our contract. No, no, no, plan profit, profit calculation, how it's happening based on the, so based on the see, what is happening is we have already allocated this amount to the Telugu structure. OK, this is our contract, like it's our internal budget, internal budget has been set, and then once this budget is set, and then budget minus cost.Sorry, it's a fee. Sorry, fee minus cost is profit for us, right? Fee is based on how much you will get paid at the end of the project.not based on how much cash you have in hand. But at that specific point of time you selected and you got that budgeted profit, right? So are you splitting it up? So that is, that will be based on your revenue calculation, which is another story, which is revenue. How do you calculate revenue? You establish a method, which is either percentage of completion or billing.Or billing, which where you were coming from, so depending on that, calculate what you set in Oracle, it will tell you till this day, this is my own revenue. OK, OK, and therefore this is my, I'm sure then that and revenue thing figure will come from, or I think this is from, I think, otherwise it seems to come, yeah, OK.But having said that, you will need to put the product important point. This we are talking about this now, if we say this is, and then then then there's a risk register that we were talking about, we would like try, we spoke about this, yes, yes, because if this is no one-stop point for the PM project manager, then...He doesn't have to go to Oracle. He can just do this here. The only other thing he needs to do is type in the risks, review the report, dashboard.while typing in all of this. So for me, the dashboard, wherever it comes from, I don't know. That's a question for him. But.I don't see what's stopping us from generating the dashboard. This should be like the dashboard what we have.To be in simple terms, in right, the only difference would be that that central part. Yeah, if you can open the that again, we don't have time right now, but open the dashboard, the dashboard, our our dashboard.Speaking.As we create in Power BI.See, the way we are doing it now is because I'm not quite happy with this dashboard, so I have it in Power BI. Now, if you're solving this problem and they still have Oracle, so why now have this and and a Power BI and this, you know, just simplify. So that dashboard, at least that dashboard. We can put it in Teams here. You're under an NDA, right? No, it's. Can you put it in, drop it in Teams so they can see the full cost report of rack or something, whichever one.So they can review that and understand that.Correct, that's what we're looking for. So, this is the, so this is what we see, we generate ultimately end of the month, but this is what we were talking about, right? This part.Okay.This part, so we were saying that, yeah, in period, how much do we have the data? Now, what we were then saying is we should be able to drill down by drill down into each of these by discipline, by stage, just so you understand. So I think let's share this with them in the teams, just drop your screenshot. No, no, you can drop the whole report.Next page. Before Gautham comes in and faints you, too much.Madhu.Because, as we are, Manav.David.She was having cost frequency understanding structure.OK, that later on, just click on that plus, no plus button. If you want to plus, no, no, no plus button, and then just...OK, maybe it goes external, though. OK, OK, you have to, yeah, makes sense. e-mail do good security. OK, next page, next page, this is all love. I will leave this is cache. The more I'm thinking about it, why, you know, if I was a PM, I would like everything to be referred from one interface, not go to two different interface and a Power BI and this and that, which is a pain. Because then you don't have to e-mail, you know, every time the session. So that's what I meant when I said I need the report.Yeah, that's what I meant. Yeah, next, so here you can see these stages, but I don't like it this way. Next stage, next one.Next page, please. So, this is this is still better, like by discipline, and then you have different stages, but then you can also see it the other way by discipline, and so with that, if that's interact, but if it's in that system here, it's static, but if it is in that, you know, in your web page, you have everything there, it's just about being interactive.Okay, ultimately you have go back. Ultimately everything adds up if you go back to the first dashboard. Ultimately, just to make you understand, it's all adding up to this net. This is what we're after, right? The end of the.So even if you get this much and then broken down by all of that. But then my question is, why would a PM have to go for every, you know, why does he have to go to Oracle to see all of that? All of that data can also flow in and sit somewhere as a static piece of information, but that's got the. I'm not sure how we fetch all this data from Fusion, but that's a discussion with the IT. But let's focus on this right now, because this is stopping us, but we have to look at the bigger picture to make this whole thing work. So, this conversation is happening. OK, sure. Anything else you need?A agenda for next meeting, if that's possible, they can set it up. You have to set it up for us, right? You tell us what you need from us. No, but I haven't completed the decision. Then, what is expected from this system? What do you mean? What do you also expect? We have this scope right now on the...This one.Baseline approval, monthly forecast. So we send them that as well. So we need a resource screen, which we've shown you, demo you. You need to get into the system and understand how resources are added. If you have any questions on that, you can come back and ask us. We may also need to explain to us how you understand the scheduling additions, right?Anything you've missed? Also the percentage complete, I don't know whether it's going to come from, again, even percentage complete, I don't think it's going to come from Oracle. So that is something we haven't covered. You have a same building.I don't like the screen, and that we have a screen, but we don't like it; percentage complete has in the project completion status, so physical progress. We have a screen, but how do you edit it? I have a screen, but we don't like it. I'll just stop sharing. But it's slow. So, so, what we do is here, we do, and we, we can show better results, and then we will not go.And maybe, yeah, this is why we don't like it. It's a terrible screen. We entered a project person, so all we need to do is physical percentage, not all of this. Can you move to physical? We just need one column against each of these same physical person complete, physical progress complete. Again, each of the added infusion. But input is for the PMs to do. So for me, for the project manager, the input screen is here. Okay, fine. We'll sync it back. The physical percentage is based on the project. Anything that is hard in finance comes from fusion. Okay. But the interaction, the inputs that you're giving, which is what is my estimate, what is my assessed progress, everything is here.Oh, understood. So that the fusion will take it from there. And how easy can we make it? And the most important thing is how we make it easy for it.So, we will depend on your advice.Okay.Let me digest all the information. I think we give you a lot of information. You need to come up with two, three suggestions on how we can make it easier. People also think of an agent like kind of a thing where you can make it conversational. Oh, brilliant. Yeah, where you just type it and if it's updated. Let's say for you just select a project and update the project.Just 10 to 50%, yeah, exactly, and then you could say that update all the, you know, and then things like, like update concept design stage to 20%, and it updates all of the disciplines, yeah, then the PM can go and maybe delete some, and oh, it can ask follow-up questions, huh? Yeah, we can make a conversation, yeah, that would be, that would be right. If you, yeah, aspirational, aspirational, but then, yeah, we can try it out, building it and also data in the future, they're able to do it agentic, right? You just, you just increased that expectation, no, he will do it, that's what I'm trying to say. When you said user experience, that was the first thing that...Came in my mind, yeah. Believe me, the world is, you know, better than us, but we are already feeling a heat.We need to be in the forefront of, because everything should be automatically. Yeah, it's a good opportunity because we've not started here.OK, OK, then, Ashok, Deepak, any questions or we go to store? We have the access to the. Ashok Kumar Pillanam 1:50:30Um, Renita. Deepak Akuthota 1:50:31Actually, Rohit, the credentials which you have shared, we just tried to log in, Rohit, but we haven't logged in; it's doing invalid login. Rohit Bhattad 1:50:44I have updated once, I just, I have updated once, I'm sharing it again.Yeah. Ashok Kumar Pillanam 1:50:50And, Rohit, we also need this recording, Rohit, if we need to review all the information then, yeah, sorry. Deepak Bhattad 1:50:51I think. Rohit Bhattad 1:50:56Yeah, the request is this. Deepak Bhattad 1:50:59Yep. Rohit Bhattad 1:51:00Sure, Gautham has the order. I will request that you can request from Gautham here. Deepak Akuthota 1:51:05EW. Deepak Bhattad 1:51:06I think Rohit also, I think with one login, we cannot have like, you know, parallel logins with just one login. I think we'll need different separate logins for everybody. Rohit Bhattad 1:51:21Well, actually, I think you can one log in, you can log in like multiple times. So what, what is it? Yeah, yeah. Deepak Bhattad 1:51:26I mean, I think. They are trying it. Concurrent logins, they are trying it, but I think it failed yesterday. I don't know. Was that the case, Deepak, Ashok?
